MENU- Vegan and Gluten Free

Harvest Kale Salad- Suzie’s kale, mixed sprouts, golden beet, carrot, scallion, sweet pepper,rosemary almonds, tahini dressing

Creamy Butternut Squash Soup- Suzie’s butternut squash, cashew cream, fresh herbs and spices; cardamom, coriander and black pepper infused olive oil drizzle

Pizzas- quinoa flatbread, pumpkin-chipotle cream sauce, caramelized onion, kale, beet, fresh thyme, quinoa flatbread, Sicilian tomato sauce, roasted sweet potato, zucchini, red onion, sage-walnut pesto drizzle

Dessert- warm apples, spiced almond flour cookie, coconut caramel
